Retail Chat Support Representative – Entry Level (Remote): As a vital link between our customers and their shopping experience, you will provide prompt, friendly, and efficient assistance via chat. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on empathy and clear communication, you’ll guide customers through product selections and order processes. This remote position offers flexibility and growth opportunities, making it ideal for those passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
