Retail Chat Support Specialist (Entry Level / Training): As a Retail Chat Support Specialist, you’ll engage with customers through live chat, providing prompt and friendly assistance. You’ll address inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through their shopping experience. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you’ll collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers hands-on training, equipping you with the skills to thrive in a dynamic retail environment while building a foundation for future growth.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
