Retail Client Service Specialist: As a Retail Client Service Specialist, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Your role involves engaging with clients through chat, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others are essential in this dynamic, customer-focused position.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
