Retail Customer Success Rep – Remote (Entry Level, No Experience): Join our dynamic team as a Retail Customer Success Rep, where you’ll engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve inquiries efficiently. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. You’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on, providing support and guidance. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
