Retail Entry-Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist: As a vital link between our brand and customers, you’ll provide exceptional service through live chat. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. With a focus on empathy and efficiency, you’ll assist customers in navigating our products and services. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
