Retail Remote E-Commerce Chat Coordinator (Entry Level): As a vital link between our customers and their seamless shopping experience, you will engage with clients through live chat, providing prompt and friendly assistance. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on clear communication and empathy, you’ll help maintain our brand’s reputation. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities and requires a passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
